Login to the CCBill Affiliate admin with your main (first) CCBill ID / Affiliate ID. Now press 'Tools' and look for 'Tease Cash Affiliate Program' and grab the Affiliate ID.
Then enter your CCBill ID / Affiliate ID in the box below! Your information is stored in a cookie on your pc for 180days.
